EBRD EGP Programme

Since the fall of the Soviet Union, EBRD, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, has been providing NIS countries assistance through Turn Around Management Programme and Enterprise Growth Programme. Once a company is approved as EGP client, after screening, the company is entitled to get series of on-site advice by EGP Advisor for around 18 month.
Tetsuo Fukuyama is EGP Team Coordinator for Central Asia, and our consultants are registered as EGP Advisors.
We have been giving on-site guidance to the management of SMEs in Central Asia, Russia and Mongolia, in the area of production and quality management, sales and marketing, finance and accounting.
Moreover, the Programme offers SMEs opportunity to send their managements to foreign countries of advanced economy and technology. The scheme is called “Business Matching Visit”. Already 20 management groups have travelled to Japan and had extensive experience, visiting companies and meeting the management of the same business. Some companies have been successful in tie-up with Japanese companies.
