Management Consulting

We have been engaged in assisting people of developing countries in the projects of ODA or Official Development Assistance. Mainly on contract basis with JICA, Japan International Cooperation Agency, we have been involved in social and economic research, feasibility study, dialogues with project counterparts. Our service also includes advice to international support organizations on possible next-step assistance. We are providing advice direct to SMEs in the developing countries as well.

Human Resources Development

We are engaged in HRD projects of JICA at the Agency’s HRD Centers overseas. We give lectures on Business planning, Strategic management, Production and Quality management, Sales and Marketing, Finance and Accounting. We also visit companies to give on-site advice to the management and the staff. Our rich case studies and workshops give the attendants vivid image of Japanese way of management which will introduce new visions for developing country’s economy.

We have also been committed in UNIDO’s HR programs in the Middle East and African countries in training consultants for national and public sectors.

Hosting training trips to Japan is another contribution in human resources development. We receive and accompany the delegates to show Japan’s unique production/service industries and culture.

EBRD Initiatives to Support SMEs Growth

EBRD, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, works to support the transition to successful market economies. It also aims to deliver prosperity by enabling sustainable private sector. As Team Coordinator and as Senior Advisor of the Bank’s Turn Around Management Programme, Enterprise Growth Programme and later International Advisory, we have been engaged in supporting SMEs mainly in Central Asian countries. Once a company is approved as client, after screening, the company is entitled to get series of on-site advice by designated Advisors.

We have been giving on-site guidance to the management on production and quality management, sales and marketing, finance and accounting.

Moreover, the Programme offers those SMEs opportunity to send their managements to foreign countries to see advanced economy and technology. The scheme is called “Business Matching Trip”. Already tens of management groups have visited Japan and had extensive experience, visiting companies and meeting the management of the same business. Some companies have been successful in tie-up with Japanese companies.

Thus, we have been contributing to the rise of entrepreneurs and robust growth of the local businesses.
