Tetsuo Fukuyama completed his undergraduate degree in Administrative Engineering at Keio University. He then joined Kanebo Co., Ltd. (now Kuracie), as researcher in production management. In 1971 Kanebo gave him the opportunity to study at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he earned a master’s degree in operations research.
Fukuyama joined Price Waterhouse in 1981. Later as a Partner, he supervised Financial Service consulting, Human Resources and Strategic Management. He provided guidance to financial institutions, IT companies, and manufacturing companies on strategic and operational matters.
Since he founded Truspire Co, Ltd. in 2001, Fukuyama has been providing management consulting to a range of listed companies and SMEs.
He has been engaged in human resources development in the developing countries, as well. Fukuyama delivers lectures for business persons on Strategic Management, Business Plan Development, and Production/Quality Management. He also conducts consulting SMEs.
Since 2023 he has been FDI Desk Manager, Trade Promotion Section of Embassy of Italy. Tetsuo Fukuyama is providing supports to Japanese companies to make a path to investing in the Italian markets.
