Truspire is cooperating with The Japan International Cooperation Center (JICE) in its project, “Activities related to industrial human resource development in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia”. There, we have been working with The Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources of the Kingdom.
In September, as part of the project’s activities, JICE and Truspire received the delegates of “Small and Medium Enterprise Managements’ Training Program in Japan”. 1. We designed training programs and scheduled visits to various manufacturing industries. 2. We gave the delegates lectures on Toyota way Management System, Toyota Production System, and Japanese-style Management/KAIZEN, and 3. We accompanied them to on-site visits as well.
To our efforts, the participants responded with a sincere and courteous learning attitude to make the most of the opportunity. No doubt they will apply the knowledge to the business improvement practice successfully in their country.
Since the training visit was completed successfully, we would like to express our deepest gratitude to Toyota Engineering Co., Ltd., Tanaka Tech Co., Ltd., Panasonic Eco Technology Center Co., Ltd., and Nabeya Co., Ltd. for providing the delegates with precious opportunities for internal briefings and work site tours.
Note: Agency for Natural Resources and Energy of The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry is providing subsidy for the Activities. This will help strengthen the bilateral relationship and ensure a stable supply of energy for Japan.
