In mid-September, 10 food-related business owners and managers attended the 12-day training program in Japan. JICA Uzbekistan-Japan Center recruited the members for the program. It focused on learning about Japanese-style management and utilize it in their corporate operations. For the occasion, Truspire planned lectures on the theme, visit to a food trade fair (FOODEX JAPAN in Kansai), and visits to food related companies. We also arranged business exchange meetings.
The companies willingly agreed to offer the visitors seminars and opportunity to observe their production sites. Through which they gained such insights that would help them solve their management issues. They were impressed by the Japanese-style management, the quality of production equipment and products, and the employees’ high awareness and work efficiency.
Later in the program, they met with Japanese companies. They exchanged information on quality and pricing of Japanese products, maintenance systems, distribution systems, etc., which gave them precious opportunity for future business relationship.
