Truspire hosted a training team of Xalq Bank, Uzbekistan’s state-owned bank, Trast Bank, a private bank, and an insurance agency affiliated with Xalq Bank. Working closely with JICA Uzbekistan Center and Relo Excel Co., Ltd., we prepared training program for the team. We prepared our presentations and searched for organizations that would accept them for training sessions.

In each training, they gained valuable experience learning;
i) examples of regional revitalization promotion projects in Japan
ii) small and medium-sized enterprise support policies and examples, and
iii) KAIZEN methods for banking operations.
The members highly appreciated the program, saying they gained new insights they would apply in their business. That proved the training was successful – owing, needless to say, very much to those organizations’ cooperation of excellent quality.
