In December 2023, the owner of Safia, https://safiabakery.uz/en., the largest confectionery manufacturer and distributor in Uzbekistan led his company members of 20 to Japan for training. Truspire cooperated with the JICA Uzbekistan Center and carried out the training program.
We contacted confectionery manufacturing and sales companies, a Toyota Kaizen seminar implementation company, and a confectionery machine manufacturing company. They kindly agreed to give seminars and tours in their factories and stores. Thus the group gained valuable insights into confectionery sales methods and the introduction of Kaizen into workplaces and factories.
The other aim was visiting Food Tech Japan 2023. There, they got a feel for most advanced robots and AI technology. At the exhibitors’ booths, they contacted them for future business relations.
The training was completed successfully. We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the people below for their efforts in receiving the group.

Besides those trainings, they had some relaxing experience as well – visiting towns, ancient and new, and did have the opportunities of tasting Japanese sweets.
