From March 8 to March 20, 2026, for 13 days, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) invited 11 participants from 5th batch of the Uzbekistan-Japan Human Resources Development Center (UJC) management program \u201cKeieijuku\u201d and 2 UJC staff members to participate in the training program. In accordance with the contract with UJC, Truspire was involved from the planning stage and accompanied the participants throughout the entire training program in Japan.
This program included business networking events in Tokyo and Sendai, providing a platform for business matching with Japanese companies.
In Yamagata and Sendai, participants visited growing local companies, while in Tokyo, they visited manufacturing and service companies, as well as attended FOODEX JAPAN. They also observed the retail business firsthand through visits to flagship stores and showrooms in Ginza area.

Despite their busy schedules, the trainees worked with sincerity throughout the training and successfully completed the entire program. As the company in charge, we were deeply impressed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Furthermore, the fact that we received positive feedback that the program was useful for the future business operations of Uzbek companies is due to the tremendous support and cooperation we received from everyone who understood and agreed with the purpose of the training program in Japan. Held on Thursday, March 12th, this event was co-hosted by JICA and UJC and sponsored by the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Japan. The Counselor of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Japan gave opening remarks, and a senior specialist from the Uzbekistan-Japan Center introduced the center’s activities. With over 60 Japanese companies participating, the event was a great success.
It is hoped that this will lead to the development of future business collaborations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We received cordial acceptance of visits from a wide range of industries, including international logistics, securities firms, aircraft parts manufacturing, food processing, and chemicals. The training participants were able to attend seminars on their businesses and observe examples of Kaizen (continuous improvement) practices. They showed deep interest in management philosophy, on-site Kaizen, and marketing methods. Potential business opportunities were also identified with the companies visited, and both sides evaluated the training as highly valuable.

Held on March 17th with the support of the Tohoku Regional Headquarters of the Organization for Small & Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation, Yamagata Prefectural Government, Sendai City Hall, and JICA Tohoku. The following companies participated in the event. Several Uzbek companies were impressed by the business management of the participating companies and are hoping to pursue future business negotiations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
